I'm Soozi Kay, a pole instructor, GROOVE facilitator and yoga teacher based in South Cumbria.

I teach online 1:1 yoga and run weekly live pole fitness and GROOVE in Crooklands, Milnthorpe, and Kendal. All are conveniently located for the M6 J36, South Lakes, Yorkshire Dales, and surrounding areas.
